Deb and Skills break up  |

 Do you think Deb made the right decision in breaking up with skills? Skills said he didn't care about have kids do you think he does?
I think Deb did the right thing. She is way to old for him and he'll never be able to experience having a family with her since she doesn't want to have anymore kids. I believe the skills really does want a family he is so great with Jamie that he deserves to have a child of his own.
I'm not so sure that Deb only broke up with Skills because of the family situation though. I think that she still has feelings for Dan as much as she hates him she still loves him, she's just much stronger this time.

By staying involved with Skills she is limiting his possibilities. She really cares about Skills and she wants him to have it all. So, she is doing the whole, if you love something set it free....
I don't know if she still "loves" Dan. But, I think she feels a little bad for him. She has to realize all the mistakes she's made. There were plenty of times she could have killed someone when she was messed up. (Not the same, I know, but....) She managed to get cleaned up and was lucky that her family forgave her and let her back in. She knows that Dan won't get that, and now that he's going off to die, he'll never have any chance to make any peace (whether or not he deserves it.)

| charlenmendoza (517) | 9 months ago |  I agree with you, Skills really like kids. The fact that he coach a bunch of kids in basketball game shows that he is good with kids. (everybody agrees that kids are hard to handle). I mean age difference is not on issue here but not having a child of your own. Skills is young and a man, even if he didn't say he want kids but deep inside his heart he wants to have at least 1.

I am glad they broke up. Skills needs to be with someone his own age right now. Someone with common goals and in the same place in their lives.
If she was 60 and he was 40, that would be one thing. But 40 and 20 is just not right, in my opinion.
