get up at 6  | |  these days i feel lack of sleep.today i get up at 6 but last night i went to bed at 12.i have a headache the whole day....
i do not know how to solve this problem .i must keep studying .

| | | 2. mehulsarkar (40) | 9 months ago |  hi there....well u really seem to be obsessed with doing things in a particular ways like keep studying or be passionate! i get up at 6 30 everyday me too have to study coz medicine is not easy....i go to bed around 11:30 or 12...once u get the habit the headaches will go..u will have a wonderful day...believe me and dont try to be obsessed with things they just make u more anxious...
