What are the best business ventures for 2009?

We currently have an economic crisis of a global scale, and it's tough to start new businesses without taking any risk. My question is simple: What do you think are good ideas for business this year? Is it a productive year for electronic gadgets? Will opening up a new restaurant be better than opening up a grocery store? What is the most profitable business today? Please help me start a new business!
