Fair judgement of committing infidelities.....

In our country, majority of husbands are committing infidelities than housewives. But why is it, as we can observe, how is it that if the husband committed the case that would already a big deal on the part of the husband? Is is because husbands are dominant in the family? Is is because the reputation and honor of the husbands are valuable in the society than the wife? It would be unfair with the housewives. Once they committed same case mostly its just been tolerated by the wives after so many caresses and some charisma of the husbands. Why this happen?
