how do you make time to exercise

i have been having trouble finding the time to exercise i use to all the time but now i find it hard for me to make the time to do it does anyone else seem to have this problem i only want to tone my body but i cant seem to make the time.

I would try to exercise after work, but not to the gym, I rather go to the park near my house. I can running or jogging. I can do push up at home, and other exercise too. It really up to you. If you have extra free time during the weekend, you can do it too.

Exercise is good for health and most important for healthy life. So just make it a practice like breathing, exercise is important for happy living.Just 20 minutes will do

I excercise of the evenings. I know they reccomend first thing in the morning but it just isn't in me to jump out of bed at 5 am and start excercising! I try to get it inbefore it gets very late so I don't get myself all worked up and cant sleep or anything but as soon as dinner is over I go for it.

I dont have time to do exercise. but now i will think to do exercise daily.
