Do you get shy around guys/girls you are crushing on?

Back in my school days.. I tend to be really, really shy whenever I see my crush and especially when they talk to me. I get all shaky and I stutter. It was embarrassing because they could easily find out that I have a crush on them. And it just suck big time. But now, at my age, crush is like just an admiration, which actually is, but more of a mellow admiration. I'm crushing a guy because maybe he's good-looking, or maybe because he's nice, he's a good dancer, and etc. And I don't get shy anymore as what I am before. But once in awhile, when I get to see my huge crush and ask me out and like when he tells me that he likes me, I get all flattered and shy which is normal for most girls to feel. I love the thoughts of someone is crushing on you and you crush them back. Lol
