That's a great news for the students. But studnts who are capable to use this can be more benifited by this than those still don't understand what the hint is called because they just know copying is the best policy..

There are many ways one can be tested, Examined.

The formal way, You just get the papers and you need to do all the entry.
OPEN BOOK, Questions given and you need to find the answers and enter them,

Or, This way you have in your discussion is another way,
I would call it TRIGGER WORDS.

You prime the Student with a TRIGGER WORD and they do the rest of the entry to their papers.

I see no problem with this, another way for an exam is a verbal,
Teacher/Tester asks you the question and you give an answer, That also works.
