heres a question for you all here on mylot,

we get alot of funny looks from our neighbours as we have bbq's all year round. Infact we had one last night when it was blowing a gale and raining quite hard lol,

no the question do you have bbq's when its sunny or does the weather not affect when you sit and cook on the bbq??

We have had bbq's when theres been a foot of snow before.

Hiya Benny

Wel is it any wonder people were giving you funny looks!? lol Maybe you started off when it was sunny and the weather changed? now that I could understand as it's happened to me before, but we carried on regardless! lol I wouldn't intentionally have one in any weather though, just as long as the sausages don't get soggy lol

he he he nah i dont have any excuse lol, it was pouring down when we started lol, nice gazebo over the top or umbrella lol, and rain hammering off the top lol,

I like hard rain .. the kind that soaks you through and drips off the end of your nose, so I wouldn't have troubled with the umbrella lol. My daughter is a right optimist, she was texting me about a week ago mentioning she was getting excited about bar-b-ques it was sunny right enough but blowing a ten force gale! mental!

Man, I do what I want to do when I want to do it. Life is too short to worry about what other people think about your behavior. Usually the ones that look at others the most are the ones that have too many issues of their own and are trying to find acceptance somehow or another.
As long as you're not hurting anyone do your on thing because you can't please everyone and if you try then one day you will wake up not knowing who you are!! Trust me I know,

I really like a medium rare grilled london broil and i can make some awesome shishkebab's so I don't care when it is or what people think I'm going to grill it and sometimes they think I'm crazy but when I grill I put on lots of extra hamburgers and hotdogs so most of the neighbors that thought I was crazy end up at my house eating and having fun!!
