I know personality would come first for quite alot of people but I want to see what you next fall for in a women...
The body...Or...The face?
Or do you really just don't care. But Picking one would be good.

| |  Well you uploaded picture, i decided to test myself, the first thing i noticed was her body, why? because she is flashing it right?
SO its subjective, if its a simple girl, I'll look in her eyes and all, then the body.it doesn't really matter.
You forgot the third option:

It really depends. I mean, so long as her face/body is presentable, its all good to me. And of course personality is also needed.

| |  I am so ashamed to say it, but i look at a girls body more than the qualities of her face. Dont get me wrong a georgous girl w/face but no body would be much more appealing to me than the opposite.
