Are you a geek?

After reading your comment, I might have spilled chocolate milk on my keyboard. LOL
And then I soon realize, I wouldn't mind somebody calling me a spaz too.

Yeah, I know. Geek rhymes too much with weak. Spaz sounds so much better (and cooler). Which I know defeats the purpose because kids these days don't find geeks "cool".

i don't think kids have ever thought geeks were cool. unless, of course you were/are one. i have never really cared what anyone thought/thinks of me. i do my own thing and i do what makes me happy.

Which I think is the whole idea of being a geek. There's really no problem if people find us cool or not. We're the more tolerable version of the high school rebels. Or so I think in our own little world.

and i'm usually in my very own little world. ha,ha! but yeah, that is the whole idea.

Our little world will soon expand... just you wait. One day the world will be ruled by us geeks. Ha ha.

I also have to add that i wear my geekiness as a badge of honor.

And you should! I have one shirt where it says: "Geeks rule!!1"

I seen this shirt once i loved but i didnt have the money to get..it said i love geeky guys...i havent been able to find it since.

you could make your own with the iron-on letters!

Mine was just a shirt especially customized by my friend. He used iron-on decals too.:)

I should do that. I have a program where i can my the design on my computer and print it out on this iron paper and transfer it to a shirt..hmmm the possibilities.

I actually have one which mimics the "Blue Screen Of Death". All my friends from the engineering department love it! Ha ha. It's just so cool to have a shirt made out of that popular Windows error.

I actually wear it when I go to engineering/science gatherings and anime conventions. It's quite a crowd pleaser (especially with the tech people).

I have a shirt that i got at a book festival and i wore it when i went to a book signing and i think my shirt was the biggest hit there. Since i don't know much about computers...its my equivalent to your blue screen of death shirt.

What does it say? I can only imagine a "Got books?" shirt which is a wordplay on the "Got milk?" slogan.

Think a little trashier. Its says booksl*t. Wearing it generally gets me a lot of weird looks, but then you have the few that actually get it and love it. First time i wore it this chic was flipping out because i was wearing a shirt that said sl*t on it. Then there was the book signing where ever one loved it and a few asked the the place that i got it from. Do you know how awesome it is to have one of you fave authors tell you how much they love your shirt?? Then the last time i wore it started a conversation with a cashier on what kind of books i like.

I wouldn't say I know the feeling but I can imagine it. That must have felt really great! And all because of a shirt.^_^

It was and i really need to get the pics uploaded of that day, but since the pics were not taken with my camera...getting them have been a small issue.
