How to withdraw my money out from PPclix.

Today I reached $2, and I think I can have withdraw my money out, but I can not find the way. I only know that this a fund account on here, and the number is zero, what does it mean? Is it we can only withdraw the money on the fund account. Someone help, I really appreciate for your response. Is it a scam or not? I know it from Gptbank, but I can't confirm.

I think the minimum payout in ppclix is 5 dollar not 2 dollar
