Ok saw preview for part 2

So I saw the preview of part 2 when he's on the phone at the end he fall's on a car and they take him to the hospital and give him a artifishal heart with a 1 hour battary life they did that to save him for donor part's but he wake's up... His girl is mad thought he was dead and he has to have electisey to stay alive and keep the battary charge up rubbing on old ladie's grabing electric wire's ect.. Will he get the people he want's to get and of course alot of ACTION..
