and the stovetop? I bought some appliance epoxy, btu I am now uncertain on whether or not I can paint all of my stove. The oven door seems to have a sort of plastic covering, which is what would be painted. Also, the spray epoxy says not to use on surfaces that get hotter than 200 degress, so, what are your thoughts? Any ideas on what I should do? I am in need of all helpful advice!

Hi jess! They actually have appliance paint at the hardware store now! I just found out about it while I was shopping for paint to redo my bathroom.

Thanks, I actually found that paint at home depot, bought it, and had to take it back. The guy at homedepot reccommended it for me, but when I read th eback of the can it said, "not for use on stovetops" So, I ended up buying paint for "high heat" it had a picture of a grill, so I hope it works well!

I would try asking an appliance specialist, or a place where they sell appliances. They would know what you should use. I think you should just wait until you know for sure so you don't ruin your stove.

You have to make sure that you buy paint that will withstand the temp. The sell it I just don't know how easy it will be for you to find. I use to own apartments and the one building had radiators and I would have my crew paint them when they were really dirty or peeling. I'm sure that the bigger stores like Home Depot would be able to order it for you. Good luck.
