I really value my Family a lot, and everything in this world for me is my Family. I work for them, I live for them. So as I said, I work for them, what should I do, if your office boss is not ready to give you a leave even if you are the only son or daughter of your mother and your mother is in hospital?
I saw an employee in my office, whose mother got a fracture in her leg and the employee was not able to come to office for 3 days without taking any proper leave. Further her mom got serious, and he asked for 5 months leave, but his boss started blaming him, with he being unprofessional, and gave him the option to leave the job instead of giving him 5 months of leave. The guy left the job and decided to stay with her mother, until she is back to home.
Whats your saying in this matter? what will you do?

i value family more than job.. a job is not important without a family.. if you just work, work and work, your purpose in life is not fulfilled, because you do not have a family to share your success.. even if your job or work is hard, if you have a family with you, you will conquer everything...

Of course Family will be the priority if I have to choose between family and anything else in the world. If I lose a job I can find another in a matter of time.If a job is restrict me from being with my family when I am needed the most,I will happily quit the job.

If the employee has asked leave for a month or less than that, Then of course the boss could leave order for the employee. If its for 5 months, who will take charge of his post. Most people go for permanent jobs. No one would like to work for just 5 months. In that case The boss finds it difficulty. If I was the employee, I would sacrifice the job for my mum like wise If I was the boss, I would have also asked that employee to resign the job.
