what gets you up in the morning...

I have a sleeping disorder, so I just wake up at 3:30 am and that is all there is to it. I can not sleep in. My body just doesn't cooperate. I have never used an alarm clock.

I think I just wake up. It's like if you go at strictish times and say on I want to be up at this time, then within 15/30 give or take you'll be up. That's the human body clock. I've not used an alarm clock since primary. I'm very rarely late

Sometimes kitty might get me up with his meowing if he's hungry which is normal because he's a fat cat. Sorry, greedy fat cat

To speak honestly lack of sleep gets my motor running in the morning. Take this morning for example, had to rise and shine at four in the morning to attend a meeting in the bathroom. Then after about an hour trying to fall asleep I woke for the day at nine, the longest I've slept in days.

my husband puts alarm in his mobile and he only wakes me up in morning .he puts alarm for 6 o clock. and he will wake up in morning at 6 o clock,and sometimes 6.15am.

so my husband is alarm for me. /.

if it is holiday for him,he will not put alarm. so i can wakeup lately without any alarm on that day at any time .
