Peeing at Night

I don't. But I read it can be a few things. Try not drinking any fluids 3-4 hours before bed. That is a major cause, that and I read an inflamed prostate.

I dont get up many times at night and i rarely pee at night. In summer i drink some plain water at night about 2 or times.

Dont drink liquids in evening in bulk quantity, i think this is causing to pee at night.

Thanks God I don't pee during night when I'm sleeping.
Because when I sleep my wake up will be in the morning.
I heard that when you pee during sleeping you had a health problem.
I don't know if it's true.

I was once diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection this is the reason why I kept peeing at night especially if I have so much liquid intake before I get to bed. Its totally okay with me, since I would be able to release anything whatever could be bad in my body like toxin perhaps. Its the reason I am not comfortable if I would sleep to some place where the rest room is far from where I slept.

if I wake up at night I usually don't pee
I do get some snacks and go online then pee before I go back to sleep
I clean myself and pee, all before go to bed
I don't know why I can't sleep feeling dirty or full stomach/ bladder
I think it happens to people with slow metabolism
they eat and drink the whole day but because the metabolism is slow
they don't feel the need to go to washroom until it's late at night

I always (never failing) pee at the middle of the night. Its so disturbing because I encounter a hard time getting my sleep after that. The reason maybe because I am drinking lots of water everyday...and the cold weather is also a factor.

The doctors say if get up thrice or more, you have nocturia.It may be because of overactive bladder, incontinence or infection.First thing, voiding diary must be done.Avoid caffeinated drinks because it can be diuretic.Check also the medications you are taking because it may be the cause of the frequent voiding.See your urologist or urogynecologist

i make it appoint that i wont go to pee at night because i really want to disturb my sleep so what i did is i never drink water before going to sleep to avoid urinating at night, because when you make full of you bladder you have to void so in order not to void dont drink

i pee before i sleep and when i wake up, i again pee. I think the normal is when you wake up thats the time you pee but there are people who drink lots of water o drink beer and the tendecy is for them to pee during their sleep, at night. i drink every two hours so before i sleep i pee many times and also to make sure that i will not be disturb at my sleep just to pee.
