Peeing at Night

There are two main reasons why a person pee at night. First, peeing at night is just a normal thing, because even though we are sleeping our body is still working. So peeing is part of the cleansing routine of the body. Second, frequent peeing at night maybe a symptom of being a diabetic.

Me I think I'm normal because I pee at night but not so frequent unlike the diabetics.

i dont get up during the night but i find that i have to go pretty bad when i get up in the morning. i think it has to do with how much you drink the night before. at least, that is what it is in my case.

I usually get up at least once a night to urinate. I have had this problem since I first became pregnant 19 years ago. Ever since having children it seems like my bladder has shrunk!



I really never seemed to have to get up in the middle of the night before I got pregnant with that first child. And now that I have had 4 there is usually not a night that passes by that I don't have to get up at least once.

I used to always sleep through the night but since I turned thirty I have had to get up usually once a night to go. I have noticed that I can't hold it as long as i used to as I get older and have had three children. My mother and sister had the same issues too. I also have increased the amount of water I drink which I think also is a big reason I need to go more often and throughout the night.

Peeing many times at night can actually be a symptom of diabetes, so if you do pee, I would suggest you and see a doctor so he or she can examine you and rule out the possibility of having the disease. I am diabetic and I do worry if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. I take my anti diabetic medicines regularly though so I don't go through nervous moments thinking my blood sugar is not being controlled

I normally get up at least once a night, but it really depends on how much I have had to drink before I go to bed. I sometimes sit up at night on the computer and drink soda. If I drink a lot of soda then I am up a few more times.

haha!! I don't get up for anything once I am in deep sleep, not even a hurricane can wake me up i guess, but before i sleep, i drink gallons of water and tea( no coffee) and goes online or read books or study, and at this time, i have to pee like 5 to 6 times or more( gosh). and nothing like UTI is causing it but just damn WATER. heh!

I need not get up to pee at night. It only happens when I drink lots of water before going to bed.

I do that at night=( . I hate it actually because I tend to do that every night. I probably go about twice or more. It's weird that it happens because I don't even consume too much water at night before going to bed. The cause maybe an overactive bladder or something. Does it bother you? Does it happen to you too? If it bothers you, you should see your doctor.

I think the times i go to the WC is no more than one time after i fall asleep,because i always go to the toilet before i go to bed.But sometimes if there somethings important in the next day which make me in high spirit or nervous,I'll go moretimes than ever~~
