I don't know what causes it, but I think it's because of the cold mornings that triggers a feeling of "fullness" in my bladder. But I'm still thankful about it; at least my bladder is working fine, so even if the routine cuts my sleep, I don't mind. More often than not, I go back to sleep so there's no problem...

you may think I'm crazy,but i was hecka sleepy )))
i think i drunk too much beer that night,that's why....

I used to not have to get up and go when I was younger so I thought it was an age thing but checking the ages of some of the posters here I see that maybe age has nothing to do with it. I also get very thirsty when I get up to go so have to have a drink of water and that makes me have to get up and go about 2 hours later. It really is a pain to have to get up so many tines
