Peeing at Night

Any man who needs to regularly get up during the night should see his doctor.
It could be a variety of reasons that are not serious but it might, just might, be an indication of an enlarged prostate and that needs treatment. Treatments are available for this. Any man over 45 should get checked out whether he needs to get up in the night or not.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night just to pee. But now, I do not do that anymore considering that I am still awake around 12 midnight. I usually sleep at around 12 am plus. This is the reason why I do not wake up to pee. Usually I pee before I sleep. I drink a lot of water so its just natural to pee more often than other do. But I think this is good for health. The only hassle is when you are in the middle of sleep and you wake up just to pee. Luckily, my body has adjusted. I usually pee right away as I wake up in the morning.

I get u p from bed two times at night, and it is because when i drink too much water thats the reason i pee.

for me i guess it because of drinking too much water at night and feel cold............
but one thing is always there thats the fun..wow what a relaxation u get after that and get even tight sleep after that hahahha

I didn't count it. I don't get up to pee at night in the recent half year.
I did get up to pee in a period of time last year. I think it was because I was sick and weak that time, as my muscle was weak too, so I can't hold for longer time and needed to pee.

Most of the time I find myself getting up about a half hr. to hr. before my alarm goes off to use the restroom. I guess my body can only sleep til around 5 a.m. before needing to do so. The problem is the mornings I have a hard time falling back to sleep for that final hr. as well.

I get up only if I really need to go. If I am awake in bed then I am more likely to go to pee. When I am asleep my body automatically wakes me if there is a real need to go to the toilet. Otherwise most of the time I stay asleep and go to pee only in the morning.

water is the best drink:) all unhealthy drinks cause peeing at night, artificial drinks such as cola and other soft drinks contain a lot of not necessary elements that body needs to waste it.

Since I had radiation for prostate cancer a few years ago, I have to pee every hour and a half on the average at night. sometimes this mess up my sleep so that I just lay there in bad for a while. Oh well, such is life.

Maybe four times. But sometimes I get scared to get up that's why I just wait for the morning to pee. I drink a lot of water before sleeping that's why I pee a lot.
