Peeing at Night

I guess I'm lucky that I usually don't pee at night. I only have this problem of having to use the john when I am a little bit drunk before hitting bed. So as not to experience waking up at night just to pee, I make it a habit to take a leak before going to bed. This is very effective for me. I know a friend though who had to get up and pee at least once every night even if he urinated before sleeping. So aside from the water intake before bedtime, I guess our body structure (e.g size of urinary bladder) has something to do with this phenomenon too.

i dont pee too much during night time, its very rare for me to wake up just to pee.. and im so thankful about it, hahahhaa

It really depends on how much i drink before I go to bed. If I haven't had a cup of tea or water before bed I will usually sleep right through without needing to get up to pee. If I have been drinking a lot I can get up probably once or twice during the night.

If you're urinating more than usual and you can't figure out why, please go and get a checkup as it could be something serious.

Hello, 5 or 6 times a night i drink to much cocacola thats the reason its my body getting the sugar out.

Normally I don't wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet unless I've drank a lot of water before going to bed!~ Other than that, I don't have that habit as it just disrupts my beauty sleep, haha!~

Maybe once, and that too if I am awake. If im sleepy, and though I want to pee, I dont get up for anything. Once Im up, means lying awake for some time before sleep overtakes again. so I prefer to bear it and keep sleeping.

It depends on the seasons.If it is summer like now,I never get up from a sleep to pee.And in rainy days and winter season,I have to wake up more than once to pee at nights.It all due to the excess water content in our body.Cheers!

Very rare do I experiencing peeing at the middle of the night. I think there is a medical problem that is related to that. My father is diabetic and is frequently having those because of his being diabetic. But to be sure you have to consult it to a doctor if you experience it frequently because it is not normal when you are resting.

Actually i don't really get myself up to pee at all at might when i'm asleep...HAHA. And i have my sleep so peacefully that i havent been woken up before with the urge to pee. Most of the time it only happens right after i wake up. I guess with me sleeping, my dreams were serving as a distraction to me from feeling the irge to pee...lol..^_^

I get up once in the middle of the night to take a pee. There are also times that I don't get up if I pee before going to sleep. I think its because we drink a lot of liquids during the day and we don't really urinate all of the liquids that we drink so we need to get up at night to pee.
