how many of you afraid of your death

It is natural process that one day our death day will come so why people afraid of it i donot think about it but my mother in law want spend long and long and long life she is afraid of her death but why? it is well known that it will come infront of every person but different different ways'
i think life should be nice and good and worth living that is not necessary to live long but necessary is to live lovingly and it should be with goals
if we achieve our goals means our life is successful
what do you think about it?
