Getting headaches

I'm having the similar problems with heat. Where i live the sun is so strong i feel my skin burn, to avoid this, you should apply some sun screen to be on the safe side you can use natural cucumber ones, they keep the skin cold. Next for the head aches, just make sure that you keep your body well dehydrated, the more water the more good it is for you, avoid taking any medication I remember I was having a big head ache similar to a hang over, but than I took a cube of ice wrapped it around my handkerchief and kept applying my forehead in 7minutes it was all gone. Our body can take care of itself, just avoid the use of any artificial medication.
