do you believe that "Special A" anime main characters look like Rinoa and Squall

hikari and kei from s.a...rinoa and squall from fi - kei and squall have the same facial features specially the shape and color of the eyes. also rinoa and hikari has the same black hair and same jolly and free personality.

Rinoa Heartilly looks like Hikari Hanazono somehow, but I'm more particular to Kei Takishima, take a look on some photos of them...and tell what you can say.
