I dont think there is a certain exercise or exercise program that is the best for staying healthy and strong. It has to be something you enjoy doing because lets face it we tend to continue on with enjoyable things. So find something that interests you whether it be walking, bicycling, yoga etc. And eat a balanced diet.I believe anything in moderation is okay. Its when we forget to draw the line on what is moderation and what is excessive that our bodies suffer. Be healthy and have a great day!

i think that getting enough sleep is the key to your over all health because if you dont get sleep, you end up being more able to get bugs and viruses. lack of sleep is the most harmful for your body.
