Mylot Scared Me!!!

Oh yeah I'm right there with you! My son has a habit of leaving the speakers turned up when he is listening to music and I get on here and hear that woman scream CONGRATULATIONS YOU"VE BEEN SELECTED TO WIN A NINTENDO WII. Scares the you know what right out of me no matter how many times I hear it! Very strange feeling it is!

Oh gosh Rozie! When I read your discussion, it reminded me of something that happened to me and even now I laugh about it!! I was doing my computer thing had hit the mute button and I had forgotten that I had the radio on and went to turn off the mute on the computer and my radio started back up but it was at a commercial! LOL I had just gotten my new hearing aids and not being able to make out the words in either songs or commercials without my aids but now I can understand the commercials I was playing a game and the radio came on, a man was talking and it freaked me out!! LOL I looked around the room thinking I had a man in the room (thank God hubby wasn't in here or he'd have laughed himself silly! At MY expense!) then I realized it was the deg gone radio on the computer and it was at commercial!! My new hearing aids are so cool!! I can't believe all I hear!! But don't scare me silly!! LOL

I really hate that kind of new advertizing. I think it should be banned!!! I often surf the net with headphones on, listening to music, so when this crap hits the fan, it goes right into my ears, and boy does it hurt, if I have the computer turned up a little louder than I normally would.
