The more variety a child is exposed to, the more opportunity they have to increase learning. Music is one of those many opportunities. Children come with all sorts and talents and restrictions and as parents, friends, teachers and fellow humans we should encourage them to grow and reach their personal potential. What ever that may be.

I think it worked with my nephew. At an early stage of 3 years old he can speak clearly already and he's way of thinking and reasoning is advanced already.I know its not just classical music but also exposing him to educational things or videos. Thanks to kids network on cable my nephew is a smart kid.

Hi I am sure it is in the genes but even talking to your baby helps. I also believe that when babies are in the womb if you sit still and listen to a certain type of music and are content, when that baby arrives and hears that type of music they too will be content when they hear it.
