Sometimes I have a difficult time sleeping. I don't know what triggers it because I have a set routine and work days. I can never sleep during the day even if I had the time so if I had a bad sleep, I will be dragging myself the next day until I can get to bed at night. I find reading a book helps me get things off my mind and sleep better. Also laying off the caffeine at night too to help me sleep. I also drink lots of water which makes me need to go to the bathroom through the night which I find hard to fall back to sleep. I would probably have a hard time working nights.

i can sleep well without any measures to take, i have sound sleep and if i have to wake up early have to set up alarm, and then only i can wake upat wanted time, this i should say is the gift given to me by god, and also i should thank my family, my husband who has given me comforts that i dont have any such tensions or routines that i have to wake up late in nights.

ya i always ahad sleeping problems since i was like 6 or 7 years old. i find it had to fall asleep if i having things that i can do. when theres nothing to do then it seems like i can frce myself to go to sleep, but that doesnt happen very offen. i've tried doing different things that would wear me out but even then i still have a hard time getting to sleep. even when i'm sleeping it seems hard for me to get a good nights sleep due to the fact that i'm a light sleeper. it sucks at times because the slightest sound can wake me up and then it makes it hard to go back to sleep.

ya i have sleeping problems always , its not becaz of night shift or any thing like that it is becaz of my back pain, earlier i used to shift my body all through the night to get a good sleep , but now i just sleep straight without any pillow , and my back pain has gone away ,and now i can sleep a sound sleep.
for u i can say that u can take a bath with hot water before going to sleep , shut all the windows so that no light comes into ur room , then lie on ur bed and see boring tv channel , or listen to romantic songs , then u'll go to sleep on ur own , no need of sleeping pills or any thing , just follow the natural things.

Yes, there are many times when I would say I have had issues with being able to sleep like I should to where eventually it all ends up catching up with me and I end up wanting to sleep for days. For me it is hard with being Diabetic, etc. to make sure I get the proper rest I need, and especially on the days I have to be up for a long time due to things going on. But I do do what I can, and hope for the Best from there.

Hmm, what fits in under sleeping problems? I've had alot of sick nightmares since I was like 4 years old, and something waking me up, hitting me and trying to suffocate me, and found that my body is paralyzed,... Hmm I sound like a psycho now but it's true... I think all these can fit in under sleeping problems since I get scared and can't sleep for days sometimes because of it.

As a general rule I do not have problems sleeping but if I do and can not sleep for a couple of days then I will usually take a natural sleeping aid such as Valerian. I find that will usually help me sleep that night and I also find then I don't have problems again for a while.
I am a bit strange because I find if I am too tired from not sleeping a couple of nights and I don't take something to try to help me sleep then I will usually continue to have the problem as I can't sleep when I am too tired!

I often experience sleep difficulty in the recent weeks. I really want to sleep, but i just can't. I have tried to read book or listening to slow music while closing my eyes, but it doesn't work. I only sleep about 4 hours in a day, i know it doesn't enough.
