Which are the best plants to do gardening in the terrace? I am planning to have some vegetables and some flowers in the terrace. Do you have good tips for terrace gardening?

I would think you need vegetables that don't grow too large and take over the space, if you're terrace gardening. I would also plant herbs, as there are several pretty flowering ones, like lavender, which are also useful in the kitchen and in teas. Brightest Blessings.

Thank you for BR my friend. Do you have any plans as to which vegetables and herbs you might grow in your terrace garden? I would like to see that when you're done. Not only can you get some nice, flowering herbs, but also, there are certain types which have a wonderful fragrance, and of course, their usefulness in the kitchen and medicinally would be an asset. I think it'll look and smell very good when you've done planning and planting.

Here in some flats they have small plants and flowers on the balacony. I think terrace planting is one of the best way to keep the room cool and also to save spaces because most of the houses are very small and has very little land. Now a days they are providing subsidy for terrace vegetable planting. I am looking forward for it.
