i have accidentally posted same question twice in mylot .Is there any chance to delete one of the question.

You can't delete the discussion however you can contact mylot staff and explain the problem to them. They would probably delete the discussion for you. Don't worry it happens all the time, they won't ban you or anything, it was an accident.

I don't think there is any option to delete it.
It may be deleted from mylot team some time after.
Or you can contact to support team of mylot to get a better solution.
