Do you always have a birthday cake on your birthdays?

A cake is a symbol of celebration. When I was younger the only time I had blown my birthday cake was when I was seven years old and Eighteen years old. My mom are not fun of baking or buying a cake for us. But now that I am working, It has been a practice that every birthday of any of my colleague was celebrated with a birthday cake. I just want to know if you always have a birthday cake on your birthday?

Well, that would be very nice to be able to get birthday cake every year at my birthday, but too bad that I didn't have it last year. LOL. It's not the local custom to have birthday cake, but we always have the birthday noodle in our birthday.
I hope I would get my birthday cake this year :D
