Who will help you when you so depressed.?

ultimately theres only 1 person who can help with depression and that is yourself, depression is simply a state of mind some people are prone to depression and some aren't. All the medical support is there if needed but its down really to the individual to pull themselves out of it.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

there is no other person on Earth that could help someone who is depressed, but our selves. there's an event in my life where i felt a tremendous amount of depression, i heard all the comforting words from my friends, my own family, but none of them had really helped me to overcome my depression. the power to heal our own depression is something that will never be told by anyone.

You gotta help yourself, or no one can. Even your friends, they can only support you along the side. If you don't have the heart to get through the depression, you won't ever gonna be better. Just think of tomorrow is promising.

I experienced that depression it seems that no one listen to you and nobody cares. The only person that you can rely on is God. He listen and he has no judgment to us. Prayers is a big help to overcome the depression. Anything is possible to God when you believe in him and he will never turn you down. Family also is a big help. Family never leave you and supports you all the way.

Tony, Seek professional help. You can start with your Family/Primary Doctor for direction. If you know anyone who has been thru this, talk to them. Start with these, and don't wait. The first step is the hardest as in all difficult things we must do. However you must do it! Good luck
