what is left to eat today which is not harmful for our health?????
have you observed the growing trend of people who are becoming these health freaks????????i have seen many people following the restrictions on their living habits and stopping eating maximum of the things which include many fruits and vegetables.......
when ever you go to a doctor for any treatment the first thing included in it is a long list of things that are not good for health......
let go the junk food and fast food it also includes many of the fruits.according to them apple, banana, mango, grapes and many more contain too much suger which we should not consume.......i mean why all this....
i am one of those people who love to eat.....if we start restricting ourselves like this is there an end to it?????
i would prefer a short life and a happy and tasteful lif erather than a balnd and tasteless long life.....
what do you think??????????

I agree! Every day we receive different messages about the benefits or the dangers of different foods and drinks; I honestly can't keep up. Take coffee for example:
Dr. Joe Vinson a chemistry professor from the University of Scranton has found after a study that coffee is the No. 1 source of antioxidants, an important compound that protects your body from diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and stroke.
On the other hand a US study discovered that caffeine consumption increases the odds of miscarriage in women along with other health dangers such as exhaustion, fatigue and addiction. Who knows? One day you hear one side and the next you hear the other.
I'm with you I would rather live an enjoyable, tasty life rather than a miserable dull and deprived one.
I think our bodies let us know what we need if we learn to listen and I think that the old saying "everything in moderation" is a very valid one!

The sad thing is, with the economy the way it is, the best we can hope for, that is still cheap, is anything with fruit filling.
