 1. Operating system you use is not supported with the processor and RAM is sufficient (Suggestion: downgrade operating system or upgrade processor and RAM).
2. Many 'garbage' (suggestions: cleandisk and defrag).
3. Many programs at startup (suggestion: delete a program that does not need to).
4. You prefer the quality of performance (suggestion: set moderate or maximum performance).

No matter how you upgrade the memory, there'll come a time that it's going to slow down. It's actually the registry entries that slows it down. So in my personal computer, I reformat it once a year just to make everything fresh.:)

Tune-Up utilties, winutitlites, ashampoo winoptimizer and advance system care 3. You can either choose one of them but for me I am using them at the same time. I am pleased tune-up manually or using a program provided by the operating system. The principle is:
1. Remove the "garbage".
2. Minimize the program to run.
3. Disable some components which are not necessary.
