daily water consumption

Hi to all , what is your daily water intake, it should be atleast 1.5 to 2 liters a day , which really helps keep the blood clean and helps purifying our internal organs from toxic build up, it is one of the most natural detoxifiers , i hope i was helpfull, greetings bignik

I have to force myself to drink water. I tend to want to drink diet colas instead. I am trying to drink more water. It makes such a difference in my skin when I do drink lots of water. I can tell it gets smoother and clearer right away. I also have started drinking sparkling mineral water. It tastes better and I read that it helps increase the thickness of your hair.

yap i don't drink so much water a day , i know we need so much water to be healty , so i forced my husband to drink 1.5l at least.so yet i can see is really help,he use to getting fever every time ,after this few year i can see he never fever anymore is really help touch wood. anyway thanks for your recommended

I drink about 2 litres every day. The minimum amount you need to drink depends on your weight. The heavier you are, the more water you need. For every 2 pounds of weight, you need 1 ounce of water.
