 WTF was that?!?! Just like that and Kutner's gone. No warning. And they didn't even give us time to absorb what was happening.
I was too stunned to even be sad. I had to check the news to make sure it wasn't one of those emergency episodes they do when an actor dies. I hadn't heard anything but it was such a shock I still had to check.

2.  brendalee (5064) | 9 months ago |  I too was shocked. I liked him. I saw a news article today that said he wanted to be written off the show because he is going to work for Obama. I'm not sure if thats true. I also heard that this is going to be the basis for the rest of the season. House will be trying to figure out why. Its a new puzzle for him.

I really liked Kutner. He was young and interesting. It will be interesting how the team continues to react to this unforseen development. He will be missed. I look forward to his next project.

And why use a body double unless the real body wasn't available?

I get really made and upset when a main character goes away. The people that I consider main characters are the ones that have been there from the start and they are:

But, I will say that we did get a glimpse into House's humanity. House really felt badly about Kutner's death, so much so, that he blamed Kutner's parents for it.
It was a good episode.
I really wonder what happened to the actor who portrayed Kutner.
