Listening more than 30min per day can cause hearing problems?  | |  Whenever I go out I intend to listen to music than hearing the outside noise. My volume is not that loud since I 'm using an in ear type of earbuds. But some expert says that you should be listening to your headphones specially the "earbud" type for an average of 30min per day only to avoid hearing problems soon.
I'm afraid that may happen to me someday.. Hope that study is not true.
Any further info about that study?

I listen to music a lot on my mp4, it's some kinda of relaxing and also my way to try to lose some contact with this world. When I listen to music I feel free from worries, from people and from those damn noises! XD
I hope that's not true too... but I think I am going to have problems, cause I like to listen to music very loud... can't help it, I just can't enjoy it so much if it's too low.
