Vegetable peelers? I have been going through all my stuff to cut down everything & when I opened a box of kitchen utensils, I counted all the peelers I have...including the ones already in my kitchen drawer, I have 11. I won't get rid of these because when I break one, I won't have to buy any to replace the broken one for quite a while. Plus, if I can't find one, I know where I can get another without going to the shop.

LOL That's a lot of vegetable peelers!! I think if you have the room to store them, then you can never have too many! Our house and kitchen is so small that we couldn't store them all so we have, I think one or maybe even none. We don't peel a lot of vegetables with anything other than a knife. Well I don't anyway because I have almost always done it that way and I do a lot of the cooking so, don't really need one for me. Now my adult daughter, she likes using one so we might have one. It's sort of funny to me that I actually have no idea if we even have a vegetable peeler. I need to go check the kitchen drawer.....

My husband is in charge of the kitchen in this house, because he's the better cook. The way hhe says it, if something is useful in the kitchen, and breaks now and then, there is no such thing as having too many spare ones for backup, because you never know when you're going to need one.
