I like most of the movies he's in. I'm sure I'll never see them all but you know US Marshal is my favorite this far. And I'm always looking for a recommendation for one I have not seen of his.

He has been in quite a few good films, not all I can remember off the top of my head. He was good in Men in Black I & II, but I recently watched Volcano again, and I liked him in that.

I must admit that I have not seen his most recent work but both The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada which has the added benefit that he directed it and No Country for Old Men both got great reviews. I liked him in Blue Sky which is a quiet calm performance which was in complete contrast to his loud rough performance in The Client but I have seen him mostly in his comedies be that MIB 1 and 2 or Man of the House which is quite a contrast to his action films.

One of my favorite Tommy Lee Jones movie is Coal Miner's Daughter. He does a great job at portraying Doolittle Lynn. From the pictures I've seen, he even looks like the person he's portraying. It's eerie how they do that sometimes.

I really enjoyed him in The Hunted which also stars Benicio Del Toro. If you haven't seen it, it is a bit similar to The Fugitive ans US Marshalls but a little more gritty and moody. Jones stars as a specialist in tracking and is recruited by the FBI to hunt down one of their assassins who has gone AWOL and killing people for fun.
I also enjoyed Jones in Space Cowboys as well as his turn as Two Face in Batman Forever, probably the best thing about that movie.

I like US Marshal also. My mind went blank, I can't think of the name of the movie that he plays in wit Will Smith about the aliens, but that's a good movie also. I'll try to remember the name, you might have already seen it and know which movie I'm talking about.
