Do you find any easy ways to understand people?

This is the nice question which i am asking to the all users because it is necessary when we have understand the people in our life. Some times it is very difficult to understand them so for me i can understand them in different way so i can know them by character,behaviour,mind set,interests,wants from us,expecting from us so if we understand those things from them so then it is easy for us to understand.
