Why diabetes became heavy problem now a days?

I would like to know the reason why the diabetes patients increasing daily in this world so what are the things we need to follow to control diabetes so have you faced any problem with that, do you parents suffering from this diseases.

Yes, my dad is near diabetic that's why i'm being careful because it could be hereditary. Diabetes is getting widespread because of our lifestyles. Some people don't exercise and are living a sedentary life. Inactivity causes weak immune system which makes us more vulnerable to diseases. Food products nowadays are acting on ways to use some alternative for sugar. The campaign against diabetic won't be enough if we don't discipline ourselves. We should really watch our diet.

It is very dangerous when it becomes very high so you need to be little careful about that disease so proper diet is necessary for that one so our realtives got high diabetes so they all are struguling to over come on this.
