Adobo of my father

Hi good day to all my co-mylotter. Here in our country in the Philippines one of the most popular food is the Adobo. This dish is very popular because of it's own awesome taste and not only because of the taste but also because of the reason it is very easy to be prepare, were the ingredients is very easy to be find also. This dish is the food that we always see in some good parties such as birth day and other special occasion. As i remember here in our house i always request for my father to cook adobo, i think we eat adobo twist a week. My father is a KAPAMPANGAN that's why he got the great ability to cook dishes and my father is very popular here in our place because of cooking. Hmmp? I'm sure if you will taste it you will also love it. How about you what can you say about adobo? ? ? What are your thoughts?

I like adobo but I wouldn't want to eat it for a week :P I think that a couple of adobo meals is enough for a week. We put hard boiled eggs in our adobo - it's how it's usually done. I think it's great that your father cooks well. My father knows how to cook certain dishes - his specialty is steak :D My mother is the one who really knows how to cook and she pulls off a more tasty chow fan that Chowking :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!
