It makes no sense to request friendship if you are not going to be active on here.
I still have some friend request to accept or deny but the activity of these persons have just not budged since they first sent me those request.
I approve some request much faster than others based on how active they are in mylot. I do not need a huge friend base, just friends who are active participants in the mmylot community.
So please... If you are not going to stick around please stop sending friends request. There some of us here I know who do not get on as much as we would like to. The mylotters I refer to are those whose numbers remain the same even months after they send their friendship request.
Guess I'll just go and deny some longstanding request now. Really never done that before (as far as I can remember).
Do you feel annoyed when this happens to you also?

I am still in the process of understanding the benefits of the friend request, but for me I get to see some of the new conversations they start which might spark me to write something. Most of my friends talk about something that relates to me in some way or another. It makes it convenient to pm them if you happen to want to say something directly to them. One person said it is good to accept all friend requests because then when you start topics you get more exposure. I was not aware that there are some people who get on but do not particpate for months so I do not experience that frustration.

well i too feel that there no point in sending friend request on my lot , becaz most of the people here in mylot are here for money and dont chat to friends through mylot. i have only made one friend whom i chat to , and all others have just added me , they have never talked to me yet.
and i have many friend request pending , i feel to lazzy to open that becaz it takes time to load.
