Do Oak trees bother your allergies?

Oak trees can really make me sick. I have a lot right outside my house and they are getting me so sick lately. I keep getting headaches and itchy eyes. Do oak trees bother you?

if they are really bothering you, avoid eating wheat or any kind of wheat product until they are done blooming - try it - okay, can't hurt can it?

I will try that because I do think wheat does make it worse. I have already stopped eating wheat bread.

wheat isn't quite as insidius as corn, but it does lurk in things, be sure to eat no bread while the oaks are blooming - even some corn bread has wheat in it.

I am lucky I do not have any allergies, but my cat is starting to sneeze, I have no clue what he is allergic to.
