I have big sizes pants when i was thin. Now those loose pants that i used to wear hardly now at all. So i guess i needed to lose a lot of weight. I cant admit i am losing to the battle of the bulge. I need to shape up and lose down pounds. How about you . do you need to lose any pounds lately.
Getting into the weighing scale is getting a scary task for me now. i hate when the scale will show that i have gained another pounds. i just can't understand why i am gaining pounds so fast. but my guess is my time that i get to put on online things that i don't have any movement except for my fast fingers and also that i eat a lot when i get bored and also i dot have any other activites and also my metabolism. i think those are the factors that contributed to my gaining of weight.

Maybe you are an emotional eater. And you have to watch your diet specially if you are not getting younger. Last time I weight myself was two days ago and I gained 6 pounds and my plan is to decrease my carbohydrates intake. Gaining weight doesn't mean you have to stop eating. That is very dangerous for your health. And if you want to use your pants, here is the plan. Put your pants on a hanger wherein you can see it everyday. That would be you motivation to reach your goal to use it again. There's no harm in trying friend. Good Luck!

by reading your post, it is like you have a spent a day with me. you seem to know what i am going through in life. it is amazing like you can read me and know me personally. yes you are right i am very emotional eater. even when i am not hungry i have to eat even if i feel that my stomach will explode already cause i have no more space in there to fit those foods in my stomach i just keep stuffing my mouth with food. thats what happens when you get bored at home. luckily there is internet if not i guess i am full blown in size now. but i am going to be busy for one week for sure i am going to lose some weight there hopefully though.

hummm. You really have to take your diet seriously. Seating in a chair for several hours doing the internet stuff would really make your calories sleep well. Staying at home is not bad but you have to find a way to do other things than seating in front of your computer. Those activity that would involve your entire body and would definitely burn your calories.

yes i am taking my diet seriously now. actually i am eating vegetables now and only few rice now. like i do eat now not more than a cup of rice a day. and thankfully i can do it now which i can hardly do before. and also i hardly get hungry lately. i am keeping my fingers crossed that i can do this consistently and that i will be on my way to better health and most of all better figure just like i used to have. and so when i have lost lots of pounds i will update you on this. anyways, just surprised that i am no longer 140 pounds. i am already 160 pounds. wow. that is the reason why i could hardly fit in my pants now. i am just baffled on host fast i gain weight right now. hopefully i would lose them as fast as i could cause i am a very health conscious person. it may not be easy but i am very much determined now to do it.

Yes, I had to loose weight and I think I have lost one or two kilos till date. I think I need to control my tummy. It is getting out every day, which is making me trouble using my pants. Earlier I had to use belt around my waste and now, I can't even zip my jeans! Interesting, isn't it?

yes, it is important to watch our tummy. mine was not controlled and was not too big. i will definitely want to tuck it in again soon.

Well, lucky for me, I weigh about 25 pds. or so less than what I did a yr. ago so a lot of my clothes are actually a little loose for me. I did there for a while had lost more than this, but I seemed to somehow gain around 5 pds. back. I would really still love to loose about 20-25 more pds. but at the same time if I was to loose this much then I would definately have to go out and buy new clothes as well. So I guess that could be Bad as well.

yeah. losing weight means buying new clothes again. but still losing extra pounds will be a good thing though it means more expenses on buying new clothes. but clothes are no big deal. it is not expensive to buy new dresses though it can still hurt our pocket. but the losing of pounds will be in itself a reward and it is worth the sacrifices and the things that you will need to give up to lose weight.

you know, i have the same dilemna.. i am not over eating, i sometimes even have just breakfast and lunch.. but i feel as if i am gaining weight for not eating! this is really absurd. i hate the fact that i gain weight and i have not enjoyed the food... its like a curse or something... maybe my walks have become less.. so there i gained weight... :( this is really a time for some exercises.

yeah that is true. sometimes we don't eat that much but we still gain weight. i don't know the reason why it sometimes easy to gain weight so fast.
