It is certainly a great site because I am a member.
Just be careful when starting new discussions and I would suggest that you read the guidelines carefully.
If you are looking for referrals, I would suggest to wait for people looking for sites to earn from. Then you can invite them to your profile. You won't be starting simular discussions which means that you won't be violating the guidelines.
So head off to the guidelines and have a read.
