Daydreamer2: Filipino people who will you vote for 2010 elections ? tell me why

i'm kinda confused of who will i vote for 2010 elections but i become a fan of two candidates manny villar and mar roxas i don't know which is which to vote can you tell me an advice for this situation and confusion i'm going through?

I vote Panlilio if he run for president in the 2010 election. I like Panlilio how he run the province of Pangpanga. all the mayor in Pangpanga is against Palilio because he eliminated all the process that a mayor could pocket some money.
