 My boyfriend is from a part of maine where they grow potatos. I am not. But I love eating raw potatos and he thinks I am so weird for doing that! Does anyone else think they are tasty?

I love the taste of raw potatoes but that's about the only time I eat them. I've never thought about putting them into a recipe like a salad or anything but the crunch might be nice. Haven't tried it in a long while, can't now though, braces will get in the way! lol
