To promote your site, know your targeted audience first. Okay? And then start posing it on social networks that allows posing links. This is applicable in personal blogs only, I mean blogs that contains articles about your daily living. If you have a blog that is for entertainment, you can use spottt. com where you can post your ads to other blogs for free, you just need to post other blog's ads too.
