How to plan a house

I dont know the specifics of where you live so this is just a general guide.
Firstly youll need to plan your new house. you might have to go to some professional to draw up your plans. Then youll have to submit your plans to the council/ local authority for approval. Youll have to ask them the legal procedure for demolishing your existing house. Theyll tell you what to do.

Then you can get a demolition company to destroy your house or hire a bulldozer to destroy it. Youll also have to dispose of the debries somewhere depending on local law. Then get a builder to build the new one or you can do it yourself, but it will be very time consuming. Hope this helps

I suggest you to make an appointment with an architect. Then plan for anyhting whether it is for demolition or reconstruction. I barely think people here can help you with this issue...
