Then youll have to submit your plans to the council/ local authority for approval. Youll have to ask them the legal procedure for demolishing your existing house. Theyll tell you what to do. Then you can get a demolition company to destroy your house or hire a bulldozer to destroy it. Youll also have to dispose of the debries somewhere depending on local law. Then get a builder to build the new one or you can do it yourself, but it will be very time consuming. Hope this helps
