Hub pages..anyone there help needed

I have been thinking of joining this site hubpages.com and i could see that they would put their own adsense and all those but no where it says how much it would pay or how would i be paid. What is minimum payout and do they pay by paypal or anyother method? Has anyone been paid by this site?
